Can we meet in person?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer in-person meetings.
What software do you use for your calls?
Zoom.
Where do I access the call link?
A confirmation email will be sent upon purchasing a call. Inside the email, you will see a highlighted phrase “Video Conference: Open Session Link” which contains the link to the call. Click “Open Session Link” to access the call.
Can I book a consultation on the same day?
No consultations can be booked later than 24 hours in advance of the call. All consultations must be booked 24 hours or earlier than the desired session start time.
Do you offer weekend calls?
No.
Can you call my phone number directly?
No. All consultations are conducted via Zoom.
Can I split a 1-hour call into two half-hour calls?
No.
I missed my consultations can I reschedule?
Rescheduling and cancellations MUST be made 24 hours prior to your session start time.
I missed my consultation can I get a refund?
No refunds after your session start time. No refunds for missed sessions. No refunds for unused calls. 10 minutes late forfeits your call. No rescheduling a late call. No refunds. No exceptions.
My call package is expiring can I extend them?
