Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling and cancellations MUST be made 24 hours prior to your session start time. NO refunds after your session start time. NO refunds for missed sessions. No refunds for unused calls. 10 minutes late forfeits your call. No rescheduling a late call. No refunds. No exceptions.
